My journey and how it influences my design thinking
Going back in time…
I grew up in the vibrant city of Hanoi, Vietnam where colours and stories shaped how I view the world. Ever since I was a kid, I have always loved creative storytelling :)
I used to spend summers reading Shin-Chan and drawing Adventure Time characters in my sketch book.
My design journey
I’m drawn to art and design because of their flexibility and creative range. Besides experimenting with different mediums (acrylics, water colour, gouache or digital art), I also enjoy trying new design tools and vibe coding.

During my time at the University of Sydney, I found myself motivated to pursue design as the field aligns with me fundamentally: I get to build things that I'm proud of and be creative.
I'm also motivated by the idea that design can influence and drive real change, especially in areas that often overlook it, such as law or public systems.
Outside of design…
When I'm not deep in Figma, I like to surround myself with nature, literature, and friends.
